PAYMENT PLAN FOR YOUR WEBSITE IN ONE YEAR
The Webmaster Plan is a One Year Contract
whereby you agree to pay $660.00 and we, in turn, provide you
with (1) a customized WEBSITE based on your choice of
one of our templates and whatever specifications you provide
prior to the design phase (completely changing a color
scheme after design completion may be considered a
redesign), (2) monthly informational UPDATES (design
revision and additional pages are not covered), (3) web
HOSTING including a Free Blog, and (4) registration or
renewal of your DOMAIN NAME once per year.
* $900 for Webmaster Gold (corporate/church) plan.

General information Updates are provided monthly,
normally within 3-10 days from receipt of your information.
Custom work (graphic design, photo manipulation, Flash
animation, database development) on an ongoing basis is NOT
covered by our Webmaster Plan, BUT we may agree to provide a
reasonable amount of customization to you over the course of
the year, depending on how heavy our work schedule is at the
time. A turnaround timeline will be provided upon receipt
of your new content or design request.
You may
contract us to do work not covered in this plan
at the rate of $45/hour with 3-10 days turnaround.
There is no specific date within each week that we perform
updates and therefore no deadline for submitting changes.
Just keep in mind that we only guarantee updates once per
month in this plan so you might collect ideas and changes
and then decide when you have enough to submit for that
month.

The domain name and Website are YOURS
so long as you fulfill your
one year contract with us. If
this contract is broken and you have NOT paid the $660 (or
plan fee) in
full, WE retain ALL rights to the website due to the
template licensing rules and may be re-licensed to another
client. All content supplied by you remains yours and
will never be used elsewhere. If your domain name remains
yours if you paid for it or if you stay with us at least
four months.
At the end of your contract you may choose to (1) renew another year on the same plan and select a new
template for a complete re-design any time that year, OR (2)
downgrade to Hosting Only for ($5/month No blog; $10 with blog),
with NO included updates, email, or domain name renewal (you renew), OR
(3) transfer your website and domain elsewhere with our full
cooperation in transferring digital paperwork and a .zip
file of your website.
